Refunds/ Return Policy
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged goods upon arrival
Please inspect your purchased product upon delivery. If it has been damaged or faulty upon arrival, please get in contact via the phone on 954-800-8800 or email at [email protected]
A replacement part will be sent to you and the damage part must be sent back to Seawater Pro. Seawater Pro may send the replacement part. A refund will be given if the whole unit is inoperable and unable to be fixed with any replacement part. The unit will have to be sent back and the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 21 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our watermakers ship in 2 boxes.
The first box measures 48” x 12” X 12” and weighs 55 pounds.
The second box measures 23” X 14” X 14” and weighs 45 lbs.
We ship worldwide for a flat fee of $295 USD via UPS International 5 day express. We do not charge any taxes or VAT. Depending on destination UPS will contact you to make arrangements when your shipment arrives.
Within Florida shipping is $99 USD plus sales tax.
We ship in the lower 48 states for $149 USD UPS ground.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We do not charge sales taxes for out of state sales or exports.
Warranty only covers shipping for the continental U.S.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
