Returns
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Damaged goods upon arrival
Please inspect your purchased product upon delivery. If it has been damaged or faulty upon arrival, please get in contact via the phone on 954-800-8800 or email at seawaterprollc@gmail.com

A replacement part will be sent to you and the damaged part must be sent back to Seawater Pro. Seawater Pro may send the replacement part. A refund will be given if the whole unit is inoperable and unable to be fixed with any replacement part. The unit will have to be sent back and the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 21 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
